you should have a lot of interest in at least one third party mod: the unofficial oblivion patch. Number two is third party mods, even though you said you have no interest in them. if you run into a problem, random NPC death, badly leveled items, etc, the console is your fix. There are some hiccups and loading screens on the 360, more so than fallout 3 on 360 btw, but there are a number of things the PC version has going for it that the 360 does not. If it does ,should I just get the PC version? I have no interest in downloading 3rd party mods but I just want to have a little load times as possible as I do with Fallout 3 I'm just wondering if it the game has a lot of load times, hiccups, etc. Now I'm thinking of buying Oblivion : GOTY for my 360. I've been playing Fallout 3 on my PC since release and I love it.
